Refund Policy
Membership Dues: Dues are considered non-refundable. For companies choosing the monthly credit card payment option, monthly billing will continue until the chamber is notified in writing to discontinue.
Signature Event Attendance: Registration fees to attend Taste of the West, Celebrate Jeffco, Women’s Summit of the Rockies or the Golf Shootout are considered non-refundable but can be transferrable if notice is received 72 hours in advance and during normal business hours.
Program Attendance: Registration fees to attend events where a meal and/or materials are to be provided will be a credit on the account if cancellation is received 24 hours in advance and during normal business hours.
Sponsorship/Advertising: The chamber does not offer refunds on any sponsorship or advertising.

- Online Member Directory Listing: If you are a current member, your company name, address, phone number and website are listed in our online member directory that is accessible to the public. You can filter what is public using the member portal.
- Processing financial transactions and fulfilling requests submitted via forms. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
- Adding you to our newsletter list. The e-mail addresses you provided for yourself and/or your employees are entered in our database and added to our newsletter distribution. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
- Distribution of e-mail addresses and names of event and program registrants to certain sponsorship investors, prospecting lists for certain chamber committees/groups and to the leadership team.
