Volunteer Opportunities - Learn how you can get involved in our community!

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Volunteers are needed in Jefferson and Gilpin Counties! A CASA volunteer is a trained community volunteer appointed by a judge or magistrate to speak in the best interest of abused and neglected children. They work to ensure the child’s right to a safe and permanent home is addressed quickly and with due consideration. Learn more

Bridging Over provides distributes Safety Vests, Safety Bags (includes daily essentials), Reflective decals, Wheelchair flags and other donated items to our unhoused neighbors along Colfax Avenue.  For a minimum donation of $10, you can help protect the community. Learn more
