Keynote Speaker: Paul Gibbons

Meet Paul:

"Top 52 to follow in AI — Fortune 100 AI leader," Colorado-based author and speaker Paul Gibbons works at the intersection of human behavior and technological acceleration. His 9th book, Adopting AI, The People-first Approach, was rated "best book on AI in 2025" in one review. For over three decades, Paul has advised the world's leading firms — including PwC, IBM, HSBC, Deloitte, and KPMG — on their most complex human challenges: ethics, cultural disruption, and large-scale innovation. He has degrees in biochemistry, organizational psychology, and philosophy, and graduate study in economics and neuroscience. Paul helps boards and business leaders build the cognitive infrastructure needed for the next decade. His current research focuses on AI literacy and "2026: The Year of Multiple Revolutions," mapping the simultaneous shifts in health, intelligence, and truth, and helping organizations prepare for a future where "human-first" isn't just a slogan, but a competitive necessity.

Paul will offer a clear map of how businesses — from solo operators to large firms — are using AI right now. Not the hype. Three concrete modes of adoption, and an honest look at which stage most of us are at (hint: it's earlier than we think). You'll recognize your own business in the framework — and leave knowing what the next move looks like.

The second half will include a structured 20-minute workshop. Paul will give you a business problem — something like designing a new product line or building a go-to-market strategy — and you'll work through it with AI tools, live. No prior experience required. Whether you've never opened ChatGPT or you use it daily, you'll leave having done something real with it, not just watched a demo.

We'll also open the floor for questions that don't always get answered at these events: What should I be telling my kids about AI? How do I talk to my employees about it? What are the things I should genuinely be worried about — and what's just noise? Paul will give you straight answers.
