Allyship Workshop
Discover what type of Ally to women you can be. This workshop will explore how to uncover where your workplace inequities may be clustered, how marginalized individuals can experience everyday interactions, and then what allyship actions you and your managers can take based on your positional power. As a group, we will brainstorm how to apply them at your workplace to attain an elevated culture of equity, diversity and inclusion.
