Women’s Summit 2020 has a variety of topics to choose from for your breakout sessions. Below is the information on each topic and their speakers.

Mental Well-Being
SPEAKER: Alli Guerrero

Speaker Bio:
Alli is a licensed professional counselor and coach who specializes in helping highly intelligent and perfectionist women overcome anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, and toxic relationship patterns. Alli owns a group psychotherapy practice, Whole Health Counseling, which is based out of Broomfield, Colorado. She and her team are currently offering telehealth and in-person sessions and accept private pay, Cigna, Aetna, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. Alli also offers workshops and a free Facebook group, “I Kissed Toxic Goodbye” that helps people of all backgrounds learn how to end toxic patterns in their lives (in relationships, workplaces, family, religion, and other social groups). Alli has been specializes as a trauma psychotherapist since 2012 and utilizes solution-focused approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), and IFS (internal family systems therapy), and ACT ( acceptance and commitment therapy), to help her clients from a variety of approaches and offer tools catered to each unique individual’s preference. Her passion is to help women release themselves from the bondage of toxic patterns both internally and externally. Alli started Whole Health Counseling part-time in 2018 and has grown her business into a group practice of 3 clinicians and one office manager. Alli has lived in Colorado since 2002 and is the oldest of 10 children. She is in recovery from religious trauma, perfectionism, and people-pleasing and continues to see her own therapist so that she can continue to grow and serve clients well. In her spare time, she and her husband cycle, lift weights, go salsa dancing (how they met) and love to try new restaurants in the Denver area. She also loves to read all the books and listen to all the podcasts about mental health and spirituality.

SPEAKER: Chrysta Bairre

Speaker Bio:
Chrysta Bairre is a dynamic keynote speaker and author of the book, Beautiful Badass: How To Believe In Yourself Against The Odds. Chrysta has presented to audiences of 30 – 300+ at Ignite Denver, Boulder Startup Week, Fort Collins Startup Week, Northern Colorado Women’s Small Business Conference, General Assembly Denver, Polkadot Powerhouse Celebration, Aurora Chamber of Commerce Women In Business, and more than 100 other events and organizations.

Chrysta is also the founder of She Goes High, a 1,000+ member women’s leadership community for introverts in Northern Colorado. She is a 2016 and 2017 participant and facilitator of Larimer County Women of the Year program.

Her book, Beautiful Badass: How to Believe in Yourself Against the Odds, shares stories and lessons from overcoming poverty and depression in this guide for women who want to take command of their destinies and no longer fall prey to the hardships and setbacks that previously defined them.

Diversity & Inclusion
SPEAKER: Dr. Stefanie K. Johnson

Speaker Bio:
Dr. Stefanie K. Johnson is a researcher focused on the intersection of leadership and diversity and works with the best companies to implement evidence-based practices to reduce unconscious bias and increase inclusion. She is a member of the MG 100 Coaches, was selected for the 2020 Thinkers50 Radar List, and is the author of the National Bestseller, Inclusify: Harnessing the power of uniqueness and belonging to build innovative teams. She publishes her work in the top journals and has received $3,800,000 in external grant funding. She has presented her work at over 170 meetings around the world including at the White House for a 2016 summit on diversity in corporate America. Media outlets featuring Stefanie’s work include: The Economist, Newsweek, Time, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, HuffPost, Marie Claire, Washington Post, Quartz, Discover, CNN, ABC, NBC, CNBC. She has appeared on Fox, ABC, NBC, CNN, and CNN International.
